20 year old Lauren Weaver was recently crowned Miss Arkansas USA 2017 and will represent her state at the next Miss USA competition. Weaver stands 1.75m and was Miss Arkansas Teen USA 2014. Arizona last placed in 2016 when they reached the top 15.

There is a typo in the article. You're talking about Arkansas not Arizona regarding top 10 in 2016.
