Alex Carlson-Helo (22) was recently crowned Miss Washington USA 2017. She will represent Washington at Miss USA 2017. As Miss Washington Teen USA 2012, she competed at Miss Teen USA where she failed to reach the top 15. Washington has had one Miss USA way back in 1968. They have placed 13 times over the years, the last being in 2004.
