Miss World America 2015: More Crowning Photos

Vanessa Mendoza will be the second woman from Arizona to represent her state at
Miss World. The only other time Arizona was represented at Miss World was when
Lynda Carter (who found fame as Wonder Woman) made the top 15 in 1972.

AJ Photoz captured this lovely image of the new Miss World America with the reigning Miss World, Rolene Strauss from South Africa, and last year's Miss United States, Elizabeth Safrit, who was named second runner-up to Miss World 2014.

Victoria Mendoza (19) from Phoenix, Arizona was crowned Miss World America 2015 in Washington, D.C. last night. She will represent the United States of America at Miss World 2015 on December 19 in Sanya, China.
