Miss Pennsylvania USA 2015


Elizabeth Cardillo (24) was recently crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2015. She stands 1.73m tall and will represent her state at Miss USA 2015.

I don't think she will be a crown contender!

    She is not a natural blonde, for Miss USA she needs to cover her roots better.
