Miss Dominica 2014

20 year old Francine Baron was crowned Miss Dominica Carnival Queen 2014 last night. She is expected to represent Dominica at Miss World 2014 in England. The first runner-up was Donnella Riviere and the second runner-up was Octavia Prosper.

Pretty - I hope she makes it to Miss World.
