Miss Minnesota USA 2014

21 year old Haley O'Brien was named Miss Minnesota USA 2014 this past year. She was Miss Minnesota USA 2010 but did not place at the 2010 Miss Teen USA Pageant. O'Brien will now start preparing to represent her state at the 2014 Miss USA Pageant.

She's gorgeous.  I think she'll do well.
