Ciera Nicole Butts (23) was recently crowned Miss District of Columbia USA 2014. She stands 1.73m tall and will represent the District of Columbia at Miss USA 2014.
I am a huge pageant fan in Maryland and DC, I even judeged years back. I saw Ciera compete in Maryland her first year and in DC her second year, she has made a fabulous transformation. I was unable to attend Miss DC USA this year but from what I heard and what I have seen from this young lady, she's a great competitor. I see her as the shocking jaw dropper at USA this year. People won't see it coming. She's worth keeping an eye on.
I agree with everyone, I think this young lady will make a huge statement at The Miss USA pageant. She will make the district proud. I'm so happy for her and I wish her much success.
