Miss Delaware USA 2014

Kelsey Miller (22) was recently crowned Miss Delaware USA 2014. She will represent the only state that has never placed at Miss USA in 2014. Miller stands 1.77m tall and was Miss Delaware Teen USA 2009.

And the Delaware curse goes to...

    I have to agree that the Delaware curse will continue. I am just hoping that she gets the right grooming and training to break the curse!!!
