Maria Jesus Matthei (21) was named Miss Universe Chile 2013 last night. She defeated 14 other delegates to win the title and opportunity of a lifetime: representing Chile at Miss Universe 2013. The first runner-up was Florencia Dunnage and the second runner-up was Maria Jose Barrena.
