The Miss Universe Sri Lanka is Amanda Ratnayake. She is 23 years old and will join more than 90 other ladies in Russia next month to compete for the 2013 Miss Universe title on November 9. The first runner-up was Simerene Rabot and the second runner-up was Kristina Palliyagurge. The top 5 were completed by Yanisha Ravindranathan and the second runner-up was Denushka Weeraperuma.
A MASSIVE step down from last year. Very disappointing.
