Eline de Pool was named Miss Universe Curacao 2013 a short while ago. She will represent Curacao at this year's Miss Universe Pageant in Russia. De Pool is a Sherri Hill model and has lots of pageant experience. The first runner-up was Stephanie Francisca and the second runner-up was Yolanda Smallelange.
Great choice! Eline is very experienced and I'm sure she will do very well at Miss Universe. I really think she could place. The top 3 are great and Curacao could easily send the girls who placed 2nd and 3rd in the future and place at Miss Universe!
