Ruqayyah Boyer Officially Crowned Miss World Guyana 2013
23 year old Ruqayyah Boyer was officially crowned Miss World Guyana recently. The 1.75m beauty will represent Guyana at the 63rd Miss World Pageant in Indonesia this year.
She's really beautiful. Eye on her.
