If I were a judge: Binibining Pilipinas 2013 (#16-25)

One of the most popular and well-loved national pageants in the world, Bb. Pilipinas, will celebrate it's 50th anniversary at the Araneta Coliseum in Manila tomorrow night. To celebrate this special milestone, 50 young ladies have been selected to compete for one of the most coveted national titles. The winner of Binibining Pilipinas will be named Miss Universe Philippines 2013. The Philippines is desperate for a third Miss Universe title. Over the last three years, they delegates all managed to crack the top 5 at Miss Universe. Venus Raj finished in fifth place in 2010, Shamcey Supsup was fourth in 2011, and last year Janine Tugonon narrowly missed out on a third Miss Universe crown for her country when she finished as first runner-up to Miss Universe, Olivia Culpo. Can this year's winner go one step further and bring the joy and jubilation that her pageant-loving countrymen are so desperate for?

Three additional titles will also be awarded. Bb. Pilipinas International will compete for the 53rd Miss International title this year and Bb. Pilipinas Tourism will represent her country at another pageant that promotes tourism. A fourth title will be awarded this year. Bb. Pilipinas Supranational will compete for the 2013 Miss Supranational title in Belarus later this year. The remaining girls in the top 6 will be the first runner-up and second runner-up.

Who will be the next Binibining Pilipinas?! If I were a judge:

16th place: Amanda Noelle Navasero (#46)

17th place: Angel May Villavuerte (#36)

18th place: Mercegrace Racquel (#28)

19th place: Grace Yann Apuad (#34)

20th place: Sofia Mustonen (#5)

21st place: Camille Nazar (12)

22nd place: Herlie Kim Artugue (49)

23rd place: Anna Carmela Aquino (10)

24th place: Rhea Nakpil (43)

25th place: Imelda Schweighart (45)
