Miss Belgium 2013 crowned

19 year old Noemi Happart defeated 19 other delegates to be crowned Miss Belgium 2013 at the Casino Knokke-Heist. She will represent her country at the 2013 Miss World and Miss Universe Pageants. The first runner-up was Sherine Dandoy was the first runner-up and Melissa Vingerhoed was named the second runner-up. The top 5 were completed by Kelly Gheerardeens and Leen Geysen.

Disastrous choice! I am really, really disappointed with Belgium's choice this year.
