Miss Bourgogne wins Miss France 2013

The new Miss France is 19 year old Marine Lorphelin who competed as Miss Bourgogne. She defeated 32 other beauties to win the title. Lorphelin stands 1.76m tall and will represent her country at the 2013 Miss World and Miss Universe Pageants.
The first runner-up was Miss Tahiti and Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais was the second runner-up. Miss Martinique finished in fourth place while Miss Pays de Loire finished in fifth place. A panel of judges selected the top 5 before the French viewing public decided on the winner.
The delegates from Roussillon, Champagne-Ardennes, Bretagne, Provence, Rhone-Alpes, Picardie, and Cote d'Azur completed the top 12.
I like her much more than last year's winner. I would say she is a very good winner. Tahiti would, however, have been a great winner.
