22 year old Chelsea Welch was crowned Miss West Virginia USA this weekend. Welch was Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2007 and finished in fifth place at the 2007 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1.75m beauty will now start preparing to represent her state at the 2013 Miss USA Pageant.
She has the potential to do VERY well at Miss USA but it's a whole different ballgame. She'll have to make sure she's very well prepared.
