If I were a judge: Miss America 2016

A new Miss America will be crowned later today. 52 of the most talented and accomplished young ladies in the United States will battle it out and one of them will become Miss America 2016 at the conclusion of the 95th annual Miss America Pageant. This year, the Miss America Organization has brought back Miss America 1984, Vanessa Williams, who had to resign two months before handing over her title due to a nude photo scandal. It will be the first time that the Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives star returns to the Miss America stage and she will serve as head judge. Can New York win their fourth successive title? Who will be the next Miss America? If I were a judge:

  1. I am positive that New York or Oklahoma will win... With Ms Williams as head Judge, New York is a shoo in...
