Valerie Weigmann crowned Miss World Philippines 2014

Valerie Weigmann (25) was crowned Miss World Philippines 2015 last night. She was crowned by outgoing title holder and the Philippines first winner of the Miss World title, Megan Young. Weigmann stands 1.75m tall and will travel to London next month where she will try to secure a back-to-back victory for her country.

The first runner-up was Lorraine Kendrickson and the second runner-up was Nelda Ibe. Nicole Donesa finished in fourth place and Rachel Louise Peters finished in fifth place.
Sorry but following Megan Young (who is pretty much perfect) was never going to be easy. She's no Megan that's for sure. Valerie is not a bad choice but I prefer the runner-up.

  1. I will be surprised if Valerie makes it to the final 10! The reason why is that there are other countries that has better representatives... And I think the European delegates are the best this year...

  2. actually even during the pre pageant activities, valerie was the clear winner. she has a different aura when walks and or just stands still which others do not have. it was actually betwen #1 (the runner up) and her but valerie has so much edge.
