Miss Cuba , Daryanne Lees defeated 84 other delegates moments ago to win the second Miss Grand International title. Miss Grand International 2014 will spend the next year living in Bangkok where she will be part of the Miss Grand International Organization's Stop War Campaign. The first runner-up was Miss Ethiopia, Hiwot Mamo and the second runner-up was Miss Canada, Kathryn Kohut. Miss Australia Renera Thomson finished in fourth place while Miss Colombia, Monica Castano finished in fifth place.
The top 10 were completed by the delegates from Haiti, Indonesia, Poland, Russia, and Thailand. Misses Mexico, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, Sri Lanka, Israel, Brazil, Venezuela, Japan, and Peru made it to the top 20.
