Miss Hong Kong 2014 is Veronica Shiu


Veronica Shiu was crowned Miss Hong Kong 2014 last night. She is 24 years old and stands 1.64m tall. She is expected to compete for the 2015 Miss Chinese International title and she might also represent Hong Kong at Miss World 2015. Shiu also won the Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality awards. The first runner-up was Erin Wong and the second runner-up was Katherine Ho.

Of these three, the girl on the left is the prettiest.

  1. But in your "If I were a judge" you had the winner above the girl on the left. The winner was your 2nd ru and the one on the left your 4th ru.

  2. The crowning photos tell a different story though! :) I usually just judge based on one or two pics which is obviously not the best thing to do.

  3. The first runner up is a new immigrant who grew up in Guangdong province, this hurted her chance there. Veronica was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Canada, which is heavily favored by Hong Kong people.
