21 year old Julia Gama, Miss Rio Grande do Sul, defeated 39 other delegates to win the 2014 Miss Mundo Brasil title on Saturday. The 1.77m beauty will now start preparing to represent Brazil at this year's Miss World Pageant on December 14 in London, England. The first runner-up was Miss Ilha da Pintada, Vitoria Strada, and the second runner-up was Miss Ilha dos Lobos, Vitoria Bisognin.
The top 10 were completed by the delegates from Amazonas, Ilha de Buzios, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Sao Paolo, and Sergipe. Misses Alagoas, Espirito Santo, Ilhabela, Ilha de Porto Belo, Ilha do Mel, Ilhas Anavilhanas, Para, Paraiba, Parana, Pernambuco, and Rondonia completed the top 21.
Gorgeous girl! There's this light that radiates from her soul through her eyes. Even though I think she's stunning and she'll do well, I'm pretty sad that Isabel Correa didn't win. I was really hoping to see her taking it all for Brazil in December.
