Eye For Beauty Blog Most Robbed Beauty of 2013: #8

As we get ready to greet a brand new year, it's time to reflect on the year that was 2013. As always in pageantry we had plenty of shocks and surprises. Here are some of the ladies who were left clapping in their respective pageants that we feel deserved to have at least survived the first cut.

#8: MISS UNIVERSE CROATIA 2013: MELITA FABECIC
When I saw the photos of the 2013 Miss Universe Croatia contestants, I knew this girl HAD to take it all. She was just miles ahead of the others in terms of beauty and potential to be a future Miss Universe. She then went on to win her national title and a new front-runner for the Miss Universe title emerged.
There were some fans who wondered if her figure was defined enough but I thought she looked great - womanly and healthy. One thing that went wrong for her was the she was not ready for the Miss Universe Pageant. At the tender age of 18, it did at times seem like she's much younger than the rest of the girls. Maybe she wasn't mentally and emotionally ready for this pageant. Hopefully she'll be able to launch herself as a model because I could see her becoming a supermodel in the future.

  1. Surely there have been contestants of 18 who have won Miss Universe?
