Eye For Beauty Blog Most Robbed Beauty of 2013: #10

As we get ready to greet a brand new year, it's time to reflect on the year that was 2013. As always in pageantry we had plenty of shocks and surprises. Here are some of the ladies who were left clapping in their respective pageants that we feel deserved to have at least survived the first cut.

#10: MISS UNIVERSE CZECH REPUBLIC 2013: GABRIELA KRATOCHVILOVA
I was a bit torn about adding Gabriela to this list. She was one of my hot favorites before the pageant started. I liked her unique look and thought that if the Miss Universe Organization was going to try a different approach this year, she would/could be a smart pick. She's just so refreshing change to the usual beauty pageant stereotype.
I have to say that Gabriela was one of this year's most photogenic girls. Her photos just came out so great and sizzling. I think she has a great future ahead of her as a model. In all honesty, I have to say that I was underwhelmed by her preliminary performance so I do understand her exclusion totally. I did not like her hair and her evening gown was not very flattering. However, based on her amazing personality (loved her fun video!) and the fact that she was so different and fresh, I would have included her instead of Switzerland.

** DISCLAIMER: Just like in any other competition, the judges decision is final and cannot be disputed. By doing this special every year, we have no intention to dispute the results of any pageant. We aim to celebrate some beauties who were fan favorites but failed to make the cut. This happens every year and it's part of beauty pageant (and life for that matter). The name Most Robbed Beauty comes from the phrase pageant fans like to use when a hot favorite fails to make the cut, "Miss So and So was robbed..." The girls we pick are the ones we feel were the ones whose eliminations were the most shocking. Nothing we do or say will change the actual results, so just enjoy this and don't take it too seriously.
